Calling all gin lovers! (surely that’s everyone right?)
For our next tasting dinner we’re teaming up with artisan distillery Slingsby Gin to bring the spirit of Harrogate to Leeds for a very special evening.
Our Head Chef, Jamie Clinton, has worked with ‘giniuses’ at Slingsby to create a one off 5 course dinner and gin cocktail pairing menu.
The evening will showcase 4 of Slingsby’s signature spirits: London Gin; Rhubarb Gin; Navy strength Gin & their vodka over 6 different drink serves.
Venison loin cured in Slingsby Gin botanicals. Heritage beetroot, blood orange, linseed cracker
Pressed terrine of pickled mackerel, rhubarb & leek. Leek ash, mackerel brandade & leek oil
Liquorice glazed duck breast. Duck leg & Jerusalem artichoke terrine, pickled kale & black garlic dashi
Pistachio & green tea sponge. Aerated buttermilk, orris root & coriander vinaigrette, charred pink grapefruit
White chocolate & lemon thyme panna cotta. Gin poached rhubarb, caramelised white chocolate, yoghurt sorbet
