We’re pleased to announce details of our next tasting dinner evening…
One for all the gin lovers, we’re teaming up with one of all time favourite gin, Langtons, which is distilled across the Pennines using water that is over one million years old through black slate that is 450m years old.
Together with our Head Chef, Jamie Clinton and Head Bar Tender, Simon Tate, the gin boffins at Langtons No1 have crafted the perfect evening with a 5 course tasting menu with each dish paired to a perfectly matched gin cocktail.
Salt & juniper baked celeriac, cucumber juice, cured egg yolk, dill & sour cream
Mackerel cervice, smoked mackerel bon bon, citrus fruit & fennel salad, orris root ‘perfume’
Liquorice glazed 52c beef rib eye, carrots cooked in coal oil, moulis, charcoal mayonnaise
Whipped goats cheese, pine infused honey, quince paste, brioche muffin
Dark chocolate & pine needle pave, black cherry meringue, figs in pine syrup
Tickets are £55 and include 5 courses each and 5 cocktails plus a welcome drink.
