STARTERS

Roast squash & chestnut soup, sage oil & goat’s parmesan (V)

Pressing of pork belly, ham hock & black pudding, spiced apple chutney, granary croutes & pistachio

Scottish smoked salmon, roast fennel & orange, beetroot vinaigrette & dried black olives

Roast cumin, almond & chickpea fritter, pickled cauliflower & raisin salad & curry aioli (v)

MAINS

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Traditional roast turkey breast, cranberry, sage & chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes, sausages wrapped in bacon & turkey gravy

Grilled sea bass fillet, smoked haddock ‘Cullen Skink’, roast broccoli, capers & dill

Root vegetable, potato & winter truffle terrine, cranberry puree, wild mushroom fricassee & parsnip crisps (v)

Confit duck leg, roast carrot, chilli & apricot jam, smoked duck & chickpea cassoulet

DESSERTS

Blood orange & rosemary posset, hazelnut granola, stem ginger & blood orange sorbet
