New spring 2019 menu revealed

Forward-thinking, imaginative, and using only the freshest and most exceptional array of produce from Yorkshire’s rich larder, we are pleased to reveal our new spring menu.

We’re celebrating new beginnings and capturing feelings of optimism with the new season dishes, thought up by experimental head chef Jamie Clinton and his talented kitchen team.

Our top picks? Try the artichoke orzotto and crisps to start; the pan roast turbot & king scallop with roast chicken sauce for main; and the coconut & almond milk pannacotta with the sharp contrast of forced rhubarb and blood orange to finish.   Available now and throughout March and April, here is the full menu
