Shears Yard Serves Up ‘Best of Season’ Tasting Menu

Purveyors of casual fine dining, Shears Yard, have launched an innovative new tasting menu for Yorkshire’s discerning diners.

Priced at just £30, ‘A Taste of Shears Yard’ is a 5 course menu that is designed to make the most of what the season has to offer; while also showcasing nationally acclaimed head chef, Jamie Clinton’s culinary talent and flair.

The tasting menu – which is served from 5.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday – sees Shears Yards’ kitchen team take their reputation for innovative dishes to the next level with the use of unusual flavour combinations and cutting edge cooking techniques.

The menu changes regularly and uses the best of season’s produce predominantly sourced from the region’s finest suppliers. An evolving drink pairing is also available to accompany each dish for an additional £20 per person. Curated by Shears Yard’s head bartender Simon Tate, the drinks pairing menu ranges from local craft beers to seasonally inspired cocktails using foraged and homemade ingredients.
