For the fifth installment of our tasting menus, we are teaming up with one of our favourite purveyors of craft beer, the award winning Ilkley Brewery

We have been working closely with Ilkley Brewery to develop a perfectly crafted beer and food-pairing menu – each course of Shears Yard food complimented by one of the brewery’s finest ales.

Ilkley Brewery is one of the Yorkshire’s most popular beers and is renowned for creating ales that are distinctive and also drinkable. Some of its most popular beers include Mary Jane, Ilkley Gold and Lotus IPA.

Tickets are just £34.95 for five courses, each served and matched with a different Ilkley Brewery beer. Taking place 23.10 at 7pm

Bar snacks; smoked chicken & tarragon scotch egg, spiced nut brittle, truffle & bacon popcorn & pickled onion.

BBQ glazed pork cheek, sweetcorn & chorizo, BBQ sauce, leeks & chive.

Grilled stone bass fillet, thyme glazed carrots, light chicken veloute & roasted cabbage heart.

Seared venison haunch steak, venison shank hot pot & curly kale.

Banana marshmallow, ginger sponge & salted parsnip ice cream.

Bar snacks; Bubble & squeak scotch egg, spiced nut brittle, black truffle popcorn & pickled onion.

Red lentil & cheddar croquette, BBQ sauce, leek & baby watercress.

Pressed root vegetable terrine, thyme glazed carrots, truffle vinaigrette & roasted cabbage heart.

Broccoli, soy & tofu spring roll, crispy bean sprout & peanut salad.

Banana marshmallow, ginger sponge & salted parsnip ice cream.
