We’re excited to announce that on September 24th we will be joined by the award-winning Japanese whisky, Nikka, for a spectacular 5 course tasting dinner.
The Eastern inspired menu will be paired with 3 different whisky cocktails and 2 neat malts of Nikka Whisky, which is renowned for its elegant and light flavours.
The evening will be hosted by Stephanie Holt from Speciality Brands who will guide you through the incredible range of Nikka Whiskies, as well as provide insight into the 100 year history of this master distiller.
Rolled pigs head terrine, nori seaweed, brown shrimps, ponzu & toasted wild rice
Cod ceviche with squid ink, dashi jelly, potato puffs & oyster mayonnaise
Marmite glazed beef cheeks, black garlic duxcelle, lotus root & black trompettes
‘Cheese & jam on toast’: Grilled pain d’epice, glazed kiderton ash goats cheese & blackberry & plum jam
Yuzu posset, raspberry & liquorice macaron, pistachio & raspberry sorbet
