We are delighted to announce that we are joining forces with pioneers of the ‘ginaissance’, Sipsmith, for a very special tasting dinner!
Taking place on Wednesday 2nd August, Sipsmith’s brand ambassador, Niall McGloin and Simon Tate, our talented bar manager, are creating a unique menu of cocktails using their small-batch blends, including: VJOP (Navy Strength), Lemon Drizzle, Summer Cup, as well as their signature London Dry which is renowned for its bold, complex and aromatic flavour profile.
Head Chef, Jamie Clinton, has created an innovative one-off menu to compliment each libation using the finest seasonal ingredients from our favourite local suppliers.
The evening will be hosted by Niall who will discuss the distinct flavours of each blend, as well as the fascinating history behind this iconic gin brand. This event is a must attend for any gin fan – so don’t miss out!

-Juniper & liquorice cured venison loin, duck liver parfait, fig bread & plums compressed with gin
-Tomato & red pepper gazpacho, dehydrated strawberries, heritage tomatoes, feta, olive & black pepper vinaigrette
-Ceviche of sea trout, oyster & gin emulsion, cucumber & apple salad, smoked trout & horseradish croquette
-Pressed pork belly, roast corn, pickled fennel, corn & langoustine bisque, pork popcorn
-Pink grapefruit posset, white chocolate, sorrel & puffed rice granola, white chocolate & mascarpone mousse

Tickets are priced £50 per person and include 5 courses of food paired with 6 Sipsmith drinks. Please book via our online reservations system here by selecting 7pm, Wednesday 2nd August. Advance payment is essential to secure your booking.
