Who ever said vegetarianism and French food don’t work together clearly hasn’t met our Head Chef.
The vegetarian option for our upcoming Tour De France dinner on July 2nd is below and we reckon its on a par with the meat menu!
Dinner starts from 7pm and tickets are just £29.95 for 5 courses and 5 tastings of French wine
-Wild mushrooms, black garlic, toasted brioche & truffled egg yolk
-Tomato & Pernod consomme, pressed heirloom tomatoes & dehydrated olives
-Roasted artichokes, mixed bean persillade, toasted almonds & roast garlic aoli
–Warm Camembert foam, apple tart fine & burnt apple puree.
– Raspberry & elderflower bavarois, white chocolate & pistachio honeycomb & a lillet & raspberry sorbet.
